Season Ticket Giveaway

Congratulations on deciding to take a stand against tobacco. The Hammerheads are pleased to team up with Project Assist and the newest soccer store in town, Soccer Mom, to help keep kids in New Hanover, Brunswick, Onslow and surrounding counties tobacco free.

By signing the pledge below you will receive a FREE season ticket good for all regular season Hammerheads home games and a coupon to be used at Soccer Mom.

To be eligible for a youth pass you must be between the ages of 4-17 and have a valid email address.

If you have already received a card please follow the directions below to activate it. If you have not yet received a card simply fill out the form and save your confirmation number till you can pick a card up at the following locations: Soccer Mom store at 7134 Market St., any Hammerhead home game, and the Hammerhead office.

• Wait for the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided
• Write the confirmation number on your youth pass

Families with more than one child can use the same email address for each child. However, a separate registration is required. Be sure not to lose your pass as it is your ticket through the main gate. The pass is good for entry to all games listed on the back of the pass.
