Legion Stadium Guest Services
Any situations that need to be attended to in a timely manner should be directed to the ticket booth employees at the entrance of the stadium.
ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES:
Seating is available for those persons with disabilities. Please notify Hammerhead personnel prior to the game so that seating and assistance can be properly designated for your convenience.
Parking for persons with disabilities is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. All restrooms at Legion Stadium are disabled accessible. Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are permitted at Legion Stadium.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATM):
The ATM is located in the lobby area of the stadium, near the merchandise counter.
LOST AND FOUND:
Guests needing to claim or report lost items during a game should visit guest services or the ticket booth at the front entrance of the stadium. Stadium employees and Hammerhead personnel are also available for assistance. Guests realizing that they lost an item after having already left the game can call the Hammerhead offices at (910)-777-2111.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS:
Lost children and guests will be taken to the entrance of the stadium near the ticket booth and guest services. Stadium representatives will accompany lost guests to this location and keep in contact with other staff members in the building to ensure the party is reunited.
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM:
Guests will only be paged by the public address system in the event of an emergency. If the situation can be verified via a return call to a physician, medical facility, police and/or fire department, we will attempt to deliver a message to the guest at their seat location or make a public address announcement.
Restrooms are available on each side of the lobby area near the front entrance of the stadium. All restrooms at Legion Stadium are accessible to persons with disabilities.
