2012 Hammerheads Dance Team Auditions

12:30 pm - 6:00 pm (we may end earlier)
Wilmington School of Ballet of Oleander Drive near the mall in Wilmington
Registration fee: $20

Dancers should wear form fitting clothes with their hair pulled back.  Stage makeup is not needed, but dancers should look "performance-ready."  Judges will be looking for dancers who will be good role models for youth in the area.  They will also look at technique, ability and stage presence.  Dancers must be 18 years of age by the date of the audition.

Audition format:

• Group warm up
• Dance choreography
• Sideline Choreography
• Short break to work independently
• Judges will be called in
• Progressions across the floor
• Perform the dance/sidelines in small groups
• Informal Interview
